LETHARGOS
Good Morning New Age.
This is a welcome speech. Not like the ones you always hear.
You abandoned yourselves, you betrayed all your struggles, in the name of lethargy and sloth.
And while you are on your own,
you forgot to awaken,
you forgot to embrace the knowledge of the world.
Wake up you fools.
Stand up from your coaches submissive and idle and impolite frauds.
Breath like you mean it, let those lungs live for a while.
Stop staring your devices for those so called eyes will pop out.
But then you lay on your chair until comfort takes your breath
Gazing at screens of yonder realms.
And you forgot who you are,
You forgot how to breathe,
You forgot to salvage the knowledge of the world,
Wake up you fools.
Stand up from your coaches submissive and idle and impolite frauds.
Or just stare at your device until your so called eyes pop out.
Threshold, Obedience is on your threshold
I saw Lethargos Rises
Behold, the time has come
For you to stand up, or just exhale the air I breathe
“Inhaling causes severe damage to those who can’t afford intelligence or mere knowledge. Well, I kind of feel the urge to punch their noses.”
And you forgot who you are,
You forgot what you breathe,
You forgot to salvage the knowledge of the world,
Wake up you fools.
Stand up from your coaches submissive, idle and impolite frauds.
Or just stare at your device until your so called eyes pop out.

Pathways

The Damage is done for us who prayed in Vain
To find solace in a long forgotten face.
Leaves will fall upon our graves,
While we’re searching for an answer
What is ours and what is not,
What’s to love and what’s to hate.
The Damage is done for us who slept alone
While we were searching for our guidance.
Leaves have fallen on our names
Covering what’s left forgotten
What’s a king without a throne?
It’s a corpse that is past rotten.
Leaves may find a way to shore,
What is meant to be an asset?
What’s a path without a cause?
What’s the sun without his thorns?
Leaves have shed their shades in awe
Paths are stunned before their presence
What are arrows in a heart?
What’s a question left unanswered?

A Royal Hunt
03:16
|
|||
Dawn arose in parting with the night sky, shedding light rays.
The thrill of the hunt is what kept them all awake.
Campfires blazing all of sudden to the groan of that cold day,
Hunters lurking in the dimness for their most beloved prey.
All predators die.
And preys do survive, for they are alone.
A royal hunt
A hunt of what differs
A royal hunt.
Arrows bellowed as they pierced the heart of a wolf.
The King of the Pack has faced his own doom.
In the dimness of the morning in the mists of forests’ dew,
Never meant to kill the hunter, but the hunted should’ve been slain.
A royal hunt
A hunt of what differs
A royal hunt (x2)
The hunt of all seekers.

Carved on the bone marrow of giant folk
Words that’ll deliver us
From wraiths and foul thoughts.
Carved on the stone
Spells bound to men who’ll not
Fight for survival, kneeling deep,
Imploring Giants.
Some eyes aloft,
Starring figures,
Begging tyrants,
Eyes languish,
Imploring Giants.
It’s said that the bone marrow of giants,
Is a divine illusion, befooling as all.
It’s carved on the stone words of a sacred pact
A pact that meant to feast on blood of men unknown.
Some eyes implore,
Starring giants,
Devouring silence,
Men lay prone,
Imploring giants.
So words alone, threaten the tyrants,
silence withdraws, giants implore.

We waged a war against what’s left forsaken
For we all need to prey on life
To be Obscure it’s like to be forgotten,
And what is left behind is what we never wished for.
We waged a war against what’s haunting us,
Beasts that haunt our paths and flay our fair souls.
To be Obscure it’s like to be forgotten
And what is onwards may never rest.
We will never stop thriving on our paths,
Paths that paved with words and seen by no one.
And we will never stop hunting down the beasts that haunt us.
And we all walk these obscure paths,
We need these beasts to haunt us,
For we all walk those obscure paths of life,
We are all haunted by our options.
We searched for saviors but we only found thoughts.
Dire thoughts are ever doubtful.
To be Obscure it’s like to be forgotten
And what is onwards may never save you.
We kept on moving on our safe old road.
We kept on moving but we found a dead end.
We should have never walked those obscure paths.
Paths that are only paved with words.
We should have never walked these obscure paths.
Paths are meant to pave with souls.
We hadn’t tried to chase what differs.
We all craved for security and solace.
So we either keep on walking on those obscure paths
And find our peace along the road.
Or we’ll just stray from our certain path
And let the change caress our souls.

We Tore The Sun
03:20
|
|||
Nocturnal Lays sung around the fire in that starless glade
As we made amends we gently begged for forgiveness.
“We are not vile, we are not vile.
But we tore the Sun,
Seeking signs of perfection,
Yes we did tore the sun,
While light rays faded”
While mourning around the flames, stars appeared blazing,
Almost perfectly
Stunned by the lullabies of dawn they lightly murmured:
“You have torn the sun
But your sins are forgiven
You have torn the sun
Thus the sun may stay hidden.
And our reign shall begin,
For we are always unseen,
And we shall show our pretty form
For glory is all we seek.”
“We embraced the dawn
Slaying sun and horizon
But we deny thy reign
For there’s no night without the light”

Man, the fall of all reason
Standing alone, embracing his thoughts.
No conqueror, no hero.
Man, a self-pronounced king
Wearing an Antler Crown,
The crown of the broken.
A prey, hiring mercenaries,
To defeat all his demons.
A predator of woe.
The pilgrim of ignorance and sloth.
Flowers rot and feed the blind.
A royal feast for the damned, the questioned and the torn.
A statue that savors fruits of endeavor
Fruits that bleed of fine wine.
An opportunist, savoring wine,
To defeat all his demons,
Singing melodies forlorn.
A king of realms unknown, feeling so empty.
Man, a self-pronounced king
Wearing an Antler Crown,
The crown of the broken.
Standing alone, embracing his thoughts
No conqueror, no hero

Ot Atonement
03:09
|
|||
Oh, the time is nigh,
the threads of Life cut short.
In need of liberation as she'll be atoned.
Heavy breathing tranquility fades.
The blade will soon send her soul to Hades.
"Oh, My Dear Lord.
I need you in my arms.
Save me from my Fate
For I have never wished to die so young."
Time's a river flowing fast
Washing away the filth along its banks.
The Lady Mistress woefully adorns,
a guillotine blade stand and Lord Death she stalls.
"Oh, please my Lord
I was in need of joy,
Save me from my fate
And I will prove of my fidelity"
"Oh, Lady Lorn,
I want to trust your words.
But you were indifferent,
for you betrayed the land
for your own joy".

Traces Fade
04:15
|
|||
Souls had fled and gone to find a sacred place
Tears are mournful when the shedding light, glows on the grass dew.
Tears that trees alone had cried.
We are seekers giving answers, to some questions still unknown
We are seekers tracing paths, for the soulless and dethroned.
And as daylight dies we have crowned king the sun.
And when the Nocturne era thrives we will mourn him.
Souls had fled and gone to a solemn tranquil place
Tears seem mournful when the fading light, give us hope for the last time.
We are seekers giving answers, to some questions still unknown
We are answers to the traces that in time the sun has shown.
Traces Fade, as daylight dies.
Traces Fade, when souls depart.
Traces Fade, when the light has given in.
Traces Fade as we confront the past.
We are seekers giving answers, to some questions still unknown
We are seekers of those questions that will make us feel alone.
And as daylight dies we have crowned king the sun.
And when the Nocturne era thrives we will mourn him.
